Classes

At New You Yoga we offer two types of classes – Yin Yang Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. Our classes are unheated and are suitable for all skill levels, including beginners.


Vinyasa Yoga

This class will help you find your inner strength.New You Yoga Vinyasa Yoga inner strength

A series of dynamic poses will connect your mind to your body while the focus on breath will activate change deep within your core. Vinyasa Yoga lets you challenge yourself at a level you find comfortable. We finish the class with a short meditation to help you find strength in your serenity.

This class is recommended for people looking to build their fitness, strength and flexibility. Class runs for 65 minutes.


Yin Yang Yoga

This class will help you find your balance.New You Yoga Yin Yang Yoga find your balance

You get the best of both worlds in this class. Start slow with warming and stretching poses and finish strong with powerful sequences. Yin Yang Yoga helps you reduce your stress and increase your stamina.

This class is great if you’re looking for a class with lots of variation and a bit of a challenge.


Restorative Yoga – COMING BACK SOON

This class will help you find your calm centre.New You YOga Restorative Yoga class calm centre

You will be guided through a series of gentle poses designed to stretch, strengthen and align your muscles and restore you body.

Bolsters are used in the class to support you as you find a new level of flexibility. We finish the class with a meditation for deep relaxation and reflection.

This class is fantastic for beginners, injury rehab or if you just need to chill out and reconnect. Class runs for 75 minutes.
